Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Foot care products (Bunion Correctors, Bunion Pads, Bunion Protectors)
- Personal care items (Foot Creams, Foot Files)
- Opened or used health-related products
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Get Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package your item with the original packaging and include your Return Authorization Number visible on the outside of the package.

Refund Processing
