Return & Exchange Eligibility

1 Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery

2 Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

3 Items must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Foot care products (Bunion Correctors, Bunion Pads, Bunion Protectors)
  • Personal care items (Foot Creams, Foot Files)
  • Opened or used health-related products
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2 Once approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

3 Package your item securely with the original packaging and include your Return Authorization Number visible on the outside of the package.

Refund Processing
