Our SoleRelief Double-Sided Supination Insoles are designed to stop your feet from excessively rolling outwards – this is known as supination or underpronation, which can cause painful problems in your leg and foot due to the weight imbalance.

With an approximate 1cm raise on the outer edges, these insoles help to rebalance and shift the weight of your feet to the centre.

Shocks and impact are absorbed through the mid-layer foam construction resulting in less pressure on your feet.
